Recipe of the Evening!

Want a new healthy twist on the classic Spanish Paella? Shape.com has a great new veggie and brown rice Paella! With only 285 calories, and 4 g fat per serving, it tastes great and is extremely satisfying. Feel free to add or subtract veggies -- I threw in a fiesta mix of red peppers, beans, carrots, chick peas and snap peas for a little extra color and flavor!
